Overview
In 2011, we announced our plans to relocate production from the Scottish Borders to Malaysia, marking a significant step in the company’s growth. Shortly thereafter, we opened our first manufacturing and warehouse facility.
Driven by continuous innovation and increasing demand, we expanded again in 2016 with a second factory dedicated to precision injection moulding and advanced component manufacturing, followed by the opening of a third factory in 2024 purpose-built for the production of our ‘Flosser’ range.
Today, Peri-dent operates three world-class, high-performance factories in Malaysia spanning a combined 162,000 sq ft.
Quality and compliance are at the heart of everything we do and our advanced cleanroom environments feature PU flooring, Class 100K partitioning, filtered air systems, air showers, and strict entry protocols with full-coverage workwear.
Our custom-built micro laboratory was designed specifically for precision, speed, and consistency, enabling focused testing while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Every aspect of the micro lab – from equipment layout to environmental controls – was intentionally developed to support accurate, repeatable results across product safety testing, raw material screening, in-process and finished good testing, and operator hygiene monitoring.
All sites operate to the highest GMP standards and are fully compliant with ISO 27716. We also hold the following industry accreditations: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 alongside BRC, Sedex, Halal and Kosher.
